Refund policy

At Alayna’s Meow Merch, we want you and your cat to be 100% happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at alayna@meowmerch.org Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at alayna@meowmerch.org. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
